The staff are very friendly and helpful. Worth the drive if you live far. This place is absolutely pathedic. The older woman that works there. She's rude and lazy and doesn't want to help customers. And some idiot exactly pays this person, what a waste.

Plus the most important thing is the store is not handicap accessible. In which I am going to report this. Tryed to get my son in with his wheelchair and this is frustrating. All business should make adjustments to people in wheelchairs. So don't waste your time. Shop some where else. Your business is not appreciated and it is certainly is NOT wanted. We traveled a great distance to purchase my son his first pair of real cowboy boots. However, when we walked in, it was like stepping into the 50s.

Aside from the fact that the Confederate flag hangs hugely low at the front door, you would've thought we were ghosts by the looks on the staff's faces when we walked in.

The only person that extended a hand to help us, was the Hisapnic-American girl at the counter. The whole time we were there, all we received were odd stares and unfriendliness.
